How many times have you been involved in a conversation with a LIMS project stakeholder where the talk eventually gets to the question, "If I can build a building in 4 months, why does it take 2 years to put a LIMS in?" Wish Statements
Businesses are consumed with making their operations as efficient as possible. This is a reasonable thing to assume and expect a business to do. After all the thought goes, if we can accomplish more with the same amount of resources as normal, the company as a whole would be better off .
