Who provides LIMS project cohesion?
I had the opportunity last week to travel with Matt, one of my customers and friends. Over the course of the week, we had a spirited debate about how to handle IT groups that provide infrastructure services when those same IT groups don't take real ownership for the project to which they are assigned.
