As Principal Consultant, Brian manages the operations and technology for the organization. His leadership role includes oversight of all of J&R projects, with constant mentoring of and collaboration with our consulting team. A natural teacher, Brian is excellent at providing an understanding of what's going on behind the process, which ultimately helps the J&R team solve client problems. With degrees in both science and technology, his passion lies in using available technology to make science output more manageable.

Customers love Jesse because they know that he values his customer relationships as much as the solutions he provides for them. A true consultant, Jesse always places a high priority on serving the customer, and gets to the solution quickly using his problem-solving skills.

Pilot, electrician, musician, athlete, computer programmer - Rob does it all. A real renaissance man, Rob has tremendous focus and tenacity which he brings to the table to solve client problems. A technical expert, he knows how to find the problem and get to the details no matter how deeply it is buried.

Bryan is a true businessman that believes in a consultant's ability to lead a client to a better outcome. Bryan's keen interest in how his customer's business works drives his solutions to focus on ROI and the bottom-line. With a hands-on understanding of laboratory informatics, Bryan currently manages client accounts and develops relationships with new client accounts.

Jason makes the trains run on time, with a specialty in bringing order to chaos. He's good at dissecting complicated situations and creating an environment where the team succeeds. Never one to shy away from responsibility, Jason gravitates toward a leadership role. He recently completed PMP® certification, which recognizes demonstrated knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources.

Brian is one of our most experienced developers. With advanced degrees in both chemistry and computer science, Brian uses his knowledge of the laboratory to provide custom solutions that continually improve business operations. Brian's specialty is gaining a thorough understanding of the business he supports in order to produce the proper result. As a long-time veteran of regulated industries, Brian is the rare developer that is as comfortable producing SDLC documentation as he is producing technical solutions.

As our most experienced project manager, John knows how to navigate corporate projects and maneuver around roadblocks. His experience allows him to provide informatics solutions that achieve both immediate and future needs. His skills at analyzing and organizing project information contribute to his success as a team project manager.

Howard balances advanced studies in scientific and computer science education to produce a consultant capable of looking at informatics problems from a holistic viewpoint. An inquisitive nature allows Howard to probe operational processes to get to the essential core and therefore to produce real results for his clients. Howard currently leads the efforts to bring the LIMS/LI meeting series to the Philadelphia area.

As our Relationship Manager, Judy is responsible for establishing strong working relationships with customers and technology partners that can help us serve our customers better. With over 15 years of experience building solutions in technology focused companies, she uses the personal touch to get things done. Her approach with customers and partners helps illustrate that technology does not solve problems- people do.

Efficient with a quality and process-oriented nature, Nicole is a true consulting professional. She's got a 'systems' way of thinking that breaks down complex processes into easily understood parts. Time and time again, Nicole has shown her ability to optimize her client's environment to their complete satisfaction and delight.

A scientist by nature, Chris specializes in providing real solutions to laboratory personnel. Chris' expertise is in analyzing laboratory operations and recognizing where new technology and standardized processes can provide a benefit to the laboratory and therefore the enterprise. Inherent in all of his work is a drive towards corporate quality and compliance.

Jen brings an unmatched work ethic and drive for customer satisfaction to our group. As an experienced life sciences professional, Jen has supported many areas of the industry ranging from laboratory and quality operations to life science sales operations.

Jamie is the glue that keeps many of our projects together. A detail-oriented scientist, Jamie's specialty is the ability to learn and master client's existing processes and procedures and providing support to the rest of the project team. Whether it is mapping laboratory testing procedures to a LIMS, providing change control supervision, or writing test plans and scripts, Jamie's drive for quality output helps our consulting solutions to always be correct the first time.
